We are building a brand-new, dedicated team of 4 specialists to provide seamless, round-the-clock support to our global markets. Working remote from Vietnam, you will be part of a rolling shift schedule ensuring 24/7 coverage, while remaining fully integrated into our global engine.

The Role: Your Mission
You enjoy solving problems and take pride in keeping things clear, consistent, and useful for both customers and teammates. As part of our new 4-person shift team in Vietnam, you will deliver first-line support across global time zones, ensuring we meet our SLAs. When you are not handling active tickets, you will help build out our AI-optimized knowledge base, chatbot configuration, and academy course content.
What You’ll Do
24/7 Global Support: Work as part of a 4-person rotation covering daytime, evening, and night shifts to ensure our global clients always have support when they need it.
Ticket Management: Receive, acknowledge, and log user requests in Intercom, ClickUp, and ServiceNow. Reproduce issues, capture logs, and scope problems for our internal Product and Agile teams.
Knowledge & AI Optimization: Contribute to help center articles written in plain language and optimized for AI-powered search. Assist with chatbot configuration to improve our AI support tools.
Academy & Content Creation: Support the development of academy course content, including scripting, recording, and basic video editing for learning modules.
Process & Handovers: Maintain flawless communication and structured handovers between shifts to ensure no customer request drops between the cracks.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and thrives in a structured, shift-based remote environment.
Requirements:
Shift Flexibility: Fully comfortable and enthusiastic about working a rotating schedule (day, evening, night). Needless to say, all scheduling strictly adheres to local labor laws, ensuring healthy rest periods and fair compensation.
Experience: Strong hands-on support experience, ideally handling customers across global or international markets.
Tech & Helpdesk Savvy: Familiarity with support platforms (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience writing clear, helpful content for end users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video creation/editing tools (e.g., Loom, Descript) and LMS platforms (especially LearnWorlds).
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Jira.
Full professional fluency in English. Additional language skills are highly welcome!
