Strategic Account Project Manager
Do you love making big, complex projects run smoothly? Camphouse is looking for a Strategic Account Project Manager to lead the onboarding of our most important enterprise clients. You’ll be the go-to person connecting clients, Customer Success, Product, and Development teams, turning complex requirements into seamless, high-impact rollouts.
What you’ll do:
Own onboarding projects for our largest clients, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, building strong relationships at every level.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, QA, and Engineering.
Provide structure and guidance to the Stockholm Customer Success team, helping them focus on what matters most.
Spot opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and the client experience.
Track project success with metrics like Time-to-Value, Customer Satisfaction, and delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities during onboarding.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years managing complex enterprise projects, ideally in SaaS, media, or advertising.
Experience delivering multi-market or global implementations for enterprise clients.
Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, or workflow automation.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide structure, guidance, and calm leadership across cross-functional teams.
Project Management certification is a plus.
You’ll be part of an international team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across time zones and cultures, so a positive, can-do attitude and a knack for building strong global relationships is key.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
