Enterprise Sales Lead South Europe

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our expansion across South Europe, drive long-term growth, and position Camphouse as the leading platform in our category.
💼 The role
You will own enterprise sales across Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and other assigned markets. This includes building relationships with global advertisers, growing agency and partner networks, and taking global ownership of key strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities:
Lead full sales cycles and close multi-market enterprise deals.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CMOs, CFOs, and agencies.
Take global responsibility for 1–3 strategic accounts, driving adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Maintain pipeline and exceed ARR targets.
Position Camphouse competitively and feed client insights into product and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with agencies and partners to expand reach in the region.
⭐️ About you
7–10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience in South Europe.
Proven success selling to global advertisers, agencies, or MarTech/AdTech ecosystems.
Experience managing global accounts and C-level relationships.
Strong understanding of South European advertising/media markets.
Strategic hunter with senior account leadership skills.
Fluent in English + at least one major South European language (French, Spanish, Italian preferred).
Experience in fast-growing SaaS companies is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
